Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids, but we will not be providing childcare at our ceremony or reception. Due to this, we can only accommodate children over the age of 10 as well as family members. Children will be included on your RSVP form. To RSVP please visit the tab above!

What is the terrain like surrounding your venue?

Answer

Parking is located downhill of both our reception and ceremony locations. Expect a short (<5 min) walk on an uneven, slight incline to the ceremony. The ceremony will be taking place atop a grassy, mostly flat field. There is similar walk downhill from the ceremony location to access our venue's amenities as well as our reception. If needed, transportation will be provided to both the reception and ceremony from the parking lots.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! In short, our ceremony dress code is semi-formal and our reception dress code is dressy casual. For more information on how we loosely define those terms (so you don't have to google ;p) take a peek at the schedule tab!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

In our lodging tab, we have a link to reserve lodging at our venue, Rainbow Trail Lutheran Camp. If you are seeking lodging in the area, it will most definitely be the most convenient option! Otherwise, feel free to check out the AirBnb selection in nearby Westcliffe, or the hotels in Pueblo or Canon City!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there are a couple dirt parking lots available at our venue for you to park in. Be prepared to drive on a stretch of dirt road to access the site!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, when you RSVP you will be able to input your food allergies so we are aware. To RSVP, please visit the tab above!
