Ceremony
3:15 pm - 4:15 pm

Semi-formal: Think light colors and fabrics, below the knee dresses, dress shirts and slacks
Our wedding ceremony requires a little walk on uneven terrain with a slight incline. If you feel unable to make that walk, we will have transportation for you! We suggest you wear shoes you feel comfortable in on uneven terrain, at least until you make it up to the ceremony site. The ceremony site is a fairly flat grassy field. Make wise footwear decisions!
Cocktail Hour
4:15 pm - 5:00 pm
After the ceremony, you will have about an hour before the reception will begin. During this time, you are invited to change into more casual attire and participate in the amenities RTLC has to offer. Feel free to take a short hike, explore the site, play volleyball, or just sit and enjoy the view! Around 4:15 you can make your way to the Pavilion, for chips, salsa, and a beverage. Dinner will be served around 5:00.
Reception
5:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Dressy Casual: Think sundresses, khakis, and collared shirts (or nice t-shirts)
Dinner will be served around 5:00 but don't worry if you're not there right on time! We will have a taco bar so take your time and come eat when you're ready. Grab some food, a drink, play some games, and have fun!
