FAQs

If you have any questions, text our wedding line at 435-253-6280.
Question

Are you still having your wedding?

Answer

Yes :) We may be looking at a new norm here and could run into the same obstacles in 2021. See the Safety Precautions section below for the steps we will be taking to ensure that we can celebrate this day together safely 👇

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, if you would prefer to drive to the venue, there is some parking available and there is the option to pick up your car the next morning before noon if needed. We encourage everyone to use the shuttles if possible. See Travel tab.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invite says you can.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Direct family only, see your invite for details.

Question

Safety Precautions

Answer

• Required by Summit County, masks will be worn at all times except for eating, socially-distanced drinking, photos and speech giving. • We will utilize more of the outdoor space at the ranch and open the barn doors to get a consistent flow of fresh air. • Individual hand sanitizer will be provided. • Food will be served at the food trucks in small groups at a time. • Multiple bar locations to reduce congestion in lines. • We will have private bathroom stalls along with a dedicated attendant to clean the stalls between use. • Dinner tables and ceremony seating will be spread out and seating will be determined based on families and guests who are familiar with each other or come together as best we can. • We have a DJ who has a lot of creative ideas when it comes to dancing during a pandemic. • Shuttles will require masks and passengers will be more spread out. • We will have helpers available to take sanitize areas, clear dishes, etc.

Question

How much nectar does it take to make a pound of honey?

Answer

Honey bees must gather nectar from two million flowers to make one pound of honey. One bee would have to fly about 90,000 miles – three times around the globe – to make one pound of honey.
