FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The wedding day dress code is garden cocktail attire. Color, sequin, fringe, florals and fun is heavily encouraged! For ladies, we recommend knee-length or midi dresses, chic jumpsuits, or a maxi dress. For the men we recommend a suit or blazer and dress pants with a dress shirt, tie (optional), and dress shoes. The ceremony and reception will be on concrete, so any shoe choice should work. Question

How do I get to the wedding venue, The Outdoor Art Club?

Answer

1) Uber! There are plenty of Ubers or local taxi companies in the area. Parking is limited near the venue so if you drive keep this in mind! 2) Shuttle Bus. We will have a 36 person shuttle bus doing two trips from the Best Western in Corte Madera to The Outdoor Art Club in Mill Valley. The first shuttle will pick up at 2:45PM. The second (and final) shuttle will pick up around 3:15PM. 3) Drive. There are some nearby parking lots and available metered street parking, but availability varies. If you decide to drive we recommend arriving early to ensure you have enough time to find a parking spot!

Question

What time will the ceremony begin?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm! We recommend you arrive between 3:00- 3:45 as if you arrive any later, you may not be able to join the ceremony. As mentioned, we will have a shuttle bus picking up from the Best Western Corte Madera Inn to help arrive in time!

Question

Is the Reception at the same venue as the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and reception are both being held at The Outdoor Art Club in Mill Valley.

Question

How do I get to the After Party?

Answer

We will have two large passenger shuttles picking up from The Outdoor Art Club at 10:30PM and shuttling people to The Junction Beer Garden for the After Party, a quick 10 minute drive away! The shuttles will also be making a stop back at The Best Western in Corte Madera for those that decide on the way that they maybe had one too many and need to call it a night.

Question

How do I get back to my hotel?

Answer

1) The After Party shuttles will be stopping at the Best Western in Corte Madera. If you are staying there or near there, this is the easiest way home. However, the shuttles will not pickup from The Outdoor Art Club until 10:30PM. 2) Uber! There are plenty of ride shares in the area. Please note, if you are not staying near the Best Western in Corte Madera or want to leave before 10:30PM, this is your best bet.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We love both you and your desired plus one however our venue is small and we can only accommodate guests formally invited. If you have received a plus one then they will be on your invite when you RSVP.
