Post-flight drinks

4:30 pm

We appreciate many of you will arrive in Lucca later on the Thursday evening and we are pretty sure you will be in desperate need of an ice cold pint or an aperol spritz by this point. Therefore we will look to book somewhere central for everyone for some drinks and some food before calling it a night ahead of the celebrations. More details to follow on where but please feel free to dump your bags at your hotels/apartments and come meet us. We'll be there waiting (with refreshments) x

Wedding Day

Sat, May 28, 2022, 4:00 pm - Sun, May 29, 2022, 1:00 am

The big day! All guests will be transported to the venue in the early afternoon on the Saturday - more details and timings to follow however everyone will be collected from a central pick-up point - most likely Lucca train station which is located just outside of the walls (definitely walking distance). We have arranged accommodation for everyone for the evening of our wedding, and we will then be transported back to the city centre of Lucca mid-morning on Sunday 29th May. The dress code is Summer Wedding. We kindly ask that our guests do not wear shorts or holiday shirts (our ceremony is later on in the day so it shouldn't be too warm). Our bridesmaids are wearing green and flowers girls in ivory.

Sunday Sesh!

3:00 pm - 7:00 pm

After we have celebrated our wedding with you, we would love for you to join us at our rented villa for a good hair of the dug and to continue the celebrations. There will be some light nibbles from a nearby cafe and some prosecco and beer however please feel free to bring some of your own refreshments. We will either head out for dinner afterward or get pizzas in if it gets messy (likely). Either way, we'd love you to join us!
