Question

Why are we getting married in Savannah?

Answer

Steve and I got engaged in Savannah in July 2018. When we were looking for wedding venues, Savannah kept coming up in our lists. In September 2019, we decided to check out some venues down there and we fell in love with the city again. We do not have any family in the city, but it's a very special place to both of us. We hope that you will enjoy the charm of it as well!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We will be sending out our invitations in early 2021. We would love if guests can RSVP no later than February 15, 2021. We need to have final headcounts for the ceremony and reception. There is also an RSVP on the website so please feel free to respond with that as well.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes, if you were invited to the wedding, you are allowed to bring a date. Please let Steve or Melissa know if you decide to bring someone to the wedding.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Everyone should plan to be at the Harper Folkwes House around 4:30pm. We will have some light food and drinks available prior to the wedding ceremony.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes you can make a special request. When you RSVP for the Welcome Reception and/or Wedding Reception, you and everyone in your party will be asked about allergies or restrictions. You may also contact Steve or Melissa directly. We will work with our caterers on any special food requests.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code for the wedding is cocktail attire.
