We met at the 12th Judicial Circuit State Attorney's Office where we both work as attorneys. Initially we didn't see too much of each other because we either worked in different offices, different divisions, or in front of different judges. However, after both of us experienced some post-Covid upheaval in our lives, we began spending time together and quickly bonded over our love of animals, stupid puns, and making fun of our co-workers (we love you guys!). Somehow, Jeff was even able to get Jordan to watch sports, and managed to charm her into overlooking how he behaves when the Gators, 49ers, or Warriors are playing. It helped that Jeff became an excellent pet dad to Dobby and Ginny, and then introduced the happiest, wiggliest puppy into our lives. Now, three years, two dogs, two cats, and zero HR complaints later, and we couldn't be happier to be taking the next step in our adventure together.
