This is where we have a hotel block created for guests who need a room. The Room Block name is Ewing – Richards Wedding Room Block #4723. The number to call in and claim your reservation is 209-223-1677 or toll free at 1-800-822-9466 A total of 10 rooms are held for 10/3/24 – 10/7/24 Room cutoff date is 9/19/24 – Any rooms not picked up will be released back into regular inventory Room types held are: 5 - Rooms with two Queen beds 5 - Rooms with single King Beds Each person will need to provide their own card for the amount of the room and incidentals An additional $100 authorization will be processed at the time of check in for incidentals Rooms rates are (based on double occupancy): $129 for Sunday- Thursday (Discounted Rate) $199 for Friday and Saturday No taxes or fees! Check in begins at 3:00 pm Check out is 11:00 am (later check out may be arranged for an additional fee) All of our rooms are non-smoking. The person registered to the room must be 21 or older, however under 21 can stay in the hotel. The casino is 21 or older with the exception of under 21 being allowed in the dining areas only.
