FAQs

Question

Can I bring a Plus 1? Can my children come?

Answer

While we would love to see all of the children included in our large families, size constraints have limited our invite list. Please refer to your invitation for the invite list. If you have any additional questions, please contact Kim Ewing, or Jennifer Richards.

Question

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Answer

There will be a limited number of spots directly in front of the venue. However, please try to leave the closest spaces open for the guests who may not be able to walk far, such as grandparents. Otherwise, the Sutter Creek street parking is very open and there should be many spots available. Besides, the downtown area is a beautiful walk anyways!

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding will take place entirely outdoors, with the cocktail hour taking place under a gazebo area. Depending on the weather, you might need an extra jacket (or sunscreen!)

Question

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

The dress code will be semi-formal. While not explicitly enforced, try to dress for the occasion! Note: Please refrain from wearing all-white clothing, as is customary.

Question

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

We will be serving street-style tacos, quesadillas, and other mexican street food, with various Cocktail snacks like cheese plates and charcuterie boards. There will be plenty of assorted desserts, however if you have dietary restrictions, we may be unable to accommodate, so plan accordingly.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We anticipate that there should be plenty of alcohol in the form of beer, wine, and our two signature drinks. It will be a limited open bar, so drink responsibly, leave a tip, but enjoy on us! No straight liquor is available to be served at the wedding.

Question

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

Gifts are not required, however those that wish to bring one may take a look at our registry, where we have lists from Amazon, Ikea, and much more. Pokemon cards are also always welcome. Please send your large gifts beforehand to: 705 Fielding Way, Dixon, CA 95620. There will be a card box available at the wedding.

Question

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

While this is the age of technology at our fingertips, PLEASE refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony. It can ruin our photographers photos that we paid for. However, AFTER the ceremony feel free to snap pictures.

Question

I have more questions about your wedding, who can I contact?

Answer

Please contact Kim Ewing at 707-372-8436 or at 05ewings@gmail.com for any further questions.
