Our wedding will be located at The Count's Den: 1039 S. Olive St, Los Angeles, CA 90015 It is on Olive between 11th Street and Olympic Blvd in Downtown Los Angeles.
I would describe The Count's Den as something right out of "What We Do In The Shadows" -- think dim, moody lighting, red walls, and a very gothic feel. With regard to our theme, if you know Evan and I, you'll know what we are eclectic and have lots of interests. The theme could be thought of as moody and goth mixed with Mexican culture and Dia De Los Muertos.
I recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to the ceremony (at 4:30pm), or 4:15pm at the earliest to find a comfy seat and enjoy good music. We will begin right at 5pm.
Unfortunately, the venue does not have on-site parking for guests. There are a couple of nearby parking options: Olive Parking Garage: 1001 S Olive St, Los Angeles 11th and Olive Parking Lot: 1105 S Olive St, Los Angeles If you have the ability to carpool or Uber/Lyft to the venue, it would be highly recommended!
Due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate plus ones beyond those named on the wedding invitation -- we hope you understand and would still love to see you soon!
The attire will be cocktail / semi-formal, so no jeans or chanclas por favor.
TACOS, BABY! There will be a few different meats to choose from, along with rice and beans. We also have a vegan option available -- if you prefer to have a vegan dinner, please let us know upon RSVPing! And yes, there will be an open bar for you to enjoy, just BE SAFE!
We do not have a gift registry -- we have all that we need. Your presence is a precious gift, and we are excited to have you celebrate with us! If you do feel compelled to honor us with a gift, you are welcome to contribute to our honeymoon fund under the 'Registry' tab, and we will have a wedding card box at the venue.
