Maid of Honor
Lisa has been my best friend since I was 8 (practically my sister). We attended the same school and church until we parted ways for college so you can say we grew up seeing each other almost everyday. When we were kids, we signed a contract to be each other’s best friend forever and our relationship has grown to be stronger since then. If you get to know Lisa, you’ll find out she is an amazing soccer player as well as a crazy fast runner.
Bridesmaid
Eliza is a sister I grew up with at church. We were able to connect and understand each other easily, especially because both our dads are pastors. Although we’ve been in a long distance relationship ever since I left CA, she has never failed to make me feel special on my birthdays from miles away. Eliza is one of the most warm hearted, generous, and down to earth people I know.

I met Haejin in my freshman year of college and we bonded over our shared love of ramen. Our friendship turned into sisterhood as she became my roommate in my sophomore year. We’ve since shared plenty of karaoke sessions in her closet, GNO dates, and long hours of intimate conversations while getting ready for church. If she looks familiar, it may be because you’ve seen her on Youtube! If you have not done so already, please like and subscribe to her channel Hae__bae. *I also have Haejin to thank for taking me to KAPCQ, where I first met John.*

Soua is not only my roommate from college, but also someone I can call a sister. We’ve lived together since sophomore year until the first year out of college. A few of my favorite memories include our cockroach hunts, deep talk sessions, and spontaneous doughnut runs. If you are a fan of “The Office”, you would be pleased to hear that Soua knows all the scenes by heart.
Best Man
Brother from the same mother. The only roommate I had the past 22 years (for those of you who need a refresher on arithmetic, I am 28 and he is 6 years younger than me, so 28-6 is 22). No concept of filters, his personality is as real and honest as it gets, but is complemented by the sweetest heart. Top candidate for quick to anger, but rich in love (Exception: Don’t let him find out you did anything to wrong me or he might potentially have a problem). We typically communicate via telepathy, but this I must say explicitly: I love you, my brother.
Groomsman
Started from the Awana days, now we in Senior High. Name me one person who is more humble and genuine than him. We’ve went on some intense walks from Bayside to Great Neck, late night battle rope sessions, Friday night Daros (what do you know about their buffalo wings and pasta – SOLID) before 새벽기도, but what I love most is your constant reminder of what a blessing every single day is as we walk in this brotherhood. BROTHAAA, glad to have stood by your side on your wedding day and glad you’re by my side on mine.
Groomsman
The Korean BFG (Big Friendly Giant – homage to Roald Dahl). Halal Bell on Utopia and Northern is always great, but how many other people do you know who can eat Mad For Chicken + Five Guys + Qdoba in one sitting. One of the greater joys this past year was picking up golf and going out on that course together, regardless of how terribly we played, especially since we are getting too old for basketball now. One of the most encouraging, generous, and warm brothers – going to miss your presence as you go off to Texas. Go do your thing.

I thank God for convicting me to go to my first QPEM Fall Retreat in 2013, which is where I met Kwang. To you I am your personal Calculus tutor and you are my Officer Oh. Regardless of cop or not, he has one of the biggest hearts and uplifting personalities. Since day one, he has always been the ultimate companion, my boy, and one of the very few in my circle (no longer taking any applications to join, but I welcome you to prove me otherwise).
