Airport Options

We recommend flying into Ellison Onizuka Kona International Airport at Keahole (KOA). This airport is 19 miles from the Hilton Waikoloa Village. Another option is to fly into Hilo International Airport (ITO); however, this airport is on the opposite side of the island and is 71 miles from the Hilton Waikoloa Village.

We have a room block reserved at Hilton Waikoloa Village for Thursday, August 31- Sunday, September 2, 2023. The room rate will be offered 3 days prior & after the dates of the room block. Make sure to enter the pre and post dates when booking on the Hilton website (ex. Monday, August 28 - Wednesday, September 6). Booking your room is simple, just select "Book a Room" to receive your group's preferred rate. If you are looking to book a different room type or upgrade to the Makai Tower, please confirm a room reservation within the group block, send an email to lynn.regidor@hilton.com with your confirmation number and a contact phone number.
