The "Shell" food icon is Shellfish! Specifically Scallops.

How do I confirm which entree I'll be getting?

Answer

If you have MULTIPLE people attending PLEASE, write your and their INITIAL by the entree of choice. e.g. Erin Vicencio wants beef, and Brandon Fantasia wants scallops, they will write EV next to the beef icon, and BF next to shellfish icon.
