Our Story

Just a couple of crazy kids who met at Subway!! It's been an insane roller-coaster ride that I would not want to ride with anyone else!! With 6 kids between us, we're traversing and conquering each obstacle as they come and enjoying every second of happiness we find!! From concerts and video games, to rare dinners out and trying to lock our bedroom door for more than 3 minutes without a kid interrupting!! From social distancing and homeschooling, to running around in our woods exploring the land, with you it's always an adventure!! One i never want to end!!

Engagement

Saturday, November 23rd 2019, I sent Molly and Aralyn to the salon for an afternoon of pampering. Aralyn knew what was happening later that day. I know Molly was clued in, however, she had no idea how it was going to go down. My mother/sister secretly got the other four kids all fancied up for the big night. By the time Molly and Aralyn arrived home to get dressed for dinner, Aralyn with blue highlights in her hair, the house was empty and I think as far as Molly knew it was just the three of us going out to eat together. The girls met me at Monelli’s.The kids were with their grandparents next door waiting for the signal to come over for their surprise. Molly and Aralyn entered the dining room and sat down. Molly looked pretty curious! The waitress brought us menus and asked for a drink order. Molly and Aralyn went to the ladies room together completely unaware that the kids would be waiting around that same corner in a minute to surprise her. Luckily, the coast was clear! The girls returned to the table as I saw my kids lining up around the corner. Molly immediately concentrated her eyes to the location mine were and saw my youngest daughter Chelsea standing there with a rose, all dressed up. Molly stood up to face Chelsea as each one of the kids turned the corner and walked toward her with a single rose. They asked Molly to be part of our family forever!! She hugged them and thanked them for their love! As she turned back toward me I was on one knee with her ring. I proclaimed my love and affection and asked her to marry me! She said YES! And the whole restaurant broke out in cheers/applause. Molly didn’t just say yes to me, she said yes to my four children whom she has completely loved, adored, and cared for since the beginning! We enjoyed our time at the restaurant, finished dinner, and spent the rest of the night in our pajamas playing Wii. IT WAS PERFECT!
