Question

When and where is cocktail hour?

Answer

The bar will be open at the venue while they flip the room from the ceremony to the reception dinner. You can also leave the venue and bar hop on Main Street.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses or Jumpers and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can hangout at the venue at the bar, where we will be serving finger foods and beverages. You can also walk the downtown main street of Stillwater and go to other bars for drinks.

Does your wedding have a theme?

Answer

The theme of our wedding is vintage, industrial, rustic, & boho. The color pallets are neutral colors (white, creams, violet grey, & blush)

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

The venue is wheelchair accessible and does have an elevator for guests to use.

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

We please ask if you can mail back your RSVP cards by August 21st 2020.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

There will be a vegan option at the wedding (we currently are working on our options with our caterer)

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are registered on our Zola account and also Target. You can access our Zola registry on our website and on Target you can look up our registry by either ( Emma Brueggeman or Sean Reilly)

May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?

Answer

Unfortunately we ask that you do not take any of the decor or centerpiece throughout the venue. Our wedding coordinator will be picking up our decor at the end of the evening.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #ireillywanttomarryu so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
