WE'RE GETTING MARRIED!!!

Nevin and Melissa Hurst along with John and Peg Harling warmly welcome you to celebrate the marriage of their children.

We both attended OneLife '19! From the trips we took, we got to know each other and soon noticed something more was going on. For the rest of OneLife, we asked for accountability, we processed with our leaders and sought wisdom on how to know let our emotions hinder our experience at OneLife. Once we graduated, we began dating and not soon afterwards we both knew this relationship was one we wanted to invest in.

Matt knows I love letters and so he was planning on writing a Valentine's letter. When that didn't come on February 14th, he said I would have to wait for it until March 1st. I didn't think much of it - we were going on a hike for a date that afternoon and as most of you know, Matt is a romantic. He likes cute moments and making me feel treasured. We hiked up to the overview, sat down and he handed me the letter. After I read it, he pulled out the ring box and said, "Emma Joy, I mean everything I wrote. I love you so much and I want to spend the rest of my life with you. Will you marry me?" I was overjoyed. "Yes!"
