Smugglers' Notch Resort

For your convenience, we have reserved a hotel block at the Smugglers' Notch Resort, just 10 minutes down the road from the venue. The following room types are available: 1. Studio condominium with 2 guests, $209 per night 2. 1-bedroom condominium with 2 guests, $240 per night 3. 2 bedroom condominium with 4 guests, $309 per night 4. 3-bedroom condominium with 6 guests, $375 per night 5. 4-bedroom condominium with 8 guests, $445 per night Additional information: - You may add additional guests for $25 per person per night. - Rates are quoted with tax and resort fees included. - Use of resort facilities are included. - Rates are subject to change. There is a 2 night minimum. - There is a 1 night deposit required at time of booking with the balance due just before arrival. If anyone has a change of plans deposits are refundable up to 3 weeks prior to arrival. To make reservations, please call the group vacations department at Smugglers’ Notch Resort, 800-521-0536. Please include your name, phone number and requested condo size, and mention the Roach DeLuca Wedding. They will be in touch to confirm your reservation. Other Travel Information

Here are a few other travel details that may be helpful for planning your trip: - Since many of our guests will be travelling from out of state, we recommend arriving on Friday, and spending Friday and Saturday night at the hotel. For those staying at Smugglers' Notch Resort, there is a 2 night minimum, but we hope that you will take advantage of this extra time to enjoy some time in Burlington, and admire the changing leaves and the beautiful nature of the mountains surrounding the venue. - The closest airport is BTV, which is about 50 minutes from the venue. Most flights to Burlington come from larger connecting cities like New York, Philadelphia, Detroit, Washington DC, and Charlotte. Many major airlines do fly into BTV, but if you're coming from another city, you will have to get a connecting flight. Other airports like Albany (3.5 hours away) and Boston (4 hours away) are farther options. - Major rental car companies are also located at the BTV airport. If you'd like a car for the weekend, please visit https://www.btv.aero/ to see which rental car companies are available. - There is also an Amtrak station in Burlington if you would like to take the train. - While we have reserved a hotel block at Smugglers' Notch Resort, you are welcome to find accommodations elsewhere if you would prefer. There are a few Airbnbs in the immediate area but availability may be low during the fall. Sterling Ridge Resort is 5 minutes from the venue and offers cozy cabins that can be rented as well. And there are plenty of other options in Stowe, a 25-30 minute drive from the venue. Please just keep in mind that shuttles will only be available to/from Smugglers' Notch Resort.
