Where should I stay?

Answer

For our guests' convenience, we have reserved a hotel block at Smugglers' Notch Resort, which is less than 10 minutes down the road from the venue. Please refer to the 'Travel' tab for more information.

What should I wear?

Answer

We kindly request cocktail attire, and want our guests to feel comfortable! The ceremony and cocktail will be held outdoors in the afternoon, and dinner will move indoors. Late September can be an unpredictable time in terms of weather, as it can be quite warm during the day and chilly after the sun sets, especially in the mountains. We encourage our guests to bring an extra layer for the evening, and to check the weather leading up to the wedding to help inform your decisions.

How should I get there?

Answer

BTV in Burlington is the closest airport. Here, you can also find many major car rental companies should you need a rental car. There is also an Amtrak station in Burlington. Please refer to the 'Travel' tab for more information.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking available at The Barn if you'd like to drive your own car. Cars may be left in the parking lot and picked up in the morning if need be. Complimentary shuttles will be departing the hotel at 4:00pm, returning at 10:00pm and 11:15pm.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation includes a guest, you are welcome to bring a plus one! Due to space limitations, not all guests may be permitted to bring a plus one, but we can't wait to have you there to celebrate with our families and friends!

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We love the little ones of our friends and family and will be happy to have them there to celebrate with us! We kindly ask that children be supervised at all times, as there will be bonfires lit at night and we want to make sure everyone is safe.
