What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail. Please feel free to interpret that as something that makes you feel a little bit dressed up and good about yourself! The ceremony will be outside on the lawn (weather permitting), so please plan to wear shoes that are appropriate for walking over grass. The welcome reception on Friday and the brunch on Sunday are both casual attire.

Are kids invited to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We are planning an adults-only wedding, unless your child is in the wedding party. If you are coming from out of town and want help finding childcare for the afternoon and evening of the wedding, please reach out to us directly. We love your kids and hope that they will join instead for the welcome reception at Crooked Ladle and/or the morning-after brunch at Mount Philo!

Yes! Kids are welcome to join for the welcome reception at Crooked Ladle on Friday evening!

Yes! Kids are welcome to join for the brunch at Mount Philo on Sunday morning!

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate pets at any of our wedding events.

How do I get around?

Answer

The best way to get around the area is to have a car. If you are flying or taking the train, we highly recommend booking a rental car while you are here or making other arrangements to have access to a car, as public transportation and rideshare services are limited or not available in our area.
