When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 15, so we can plan the seating chart for our reception. If you do not RSVP in time, we cannot guarantee a seat for you.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will begin at 4pm. Try to arrive by 3:45pm.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are only able to extend our invitations to children of the wedding party or immediate family. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope that you can still join us to celebrate our special day.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

The ceremony and reception are at the same location, & there is a big parking-lot!

If there is an "add guest" option when you RSVP, then yes!

Yes. The dress code is semi-formal. No bright colors please!

How are you handling COVID at the wedding?

Answer

We will be taking additional safety measures by: Seating close family or household members at the same table Hand sanitizer located on tables & at the food stations Masks are not required, but we respect any guests’ wishes to wear a mask on the day. We will not be supplying masks at the venue, so please bring your own! Having our ceremony and cocktail hour outside, as well as our dance floor (weather permitting). If there is rain on our day, the dance floor, cocktail hour, and ceremony will move to a covered pavilion, with no walls attached. Our reception is in a barn, with multiple barn doors that we are able to open to allow a cross breeze. Tables will be spaced adequately to allow our guests’ to feel more comfortable.

We are keeping a close eye on current restrictions applied to our state/county ordinances. Any updates will be found here on the website, on Facebook, or you may receive a text by the bride or family members if you need to know of any changes. *If you are experiencing any symptoms related to COVID, have been in contact with someone experiencing COVID, or do not feel comfortable around large crowds, please know we understand if you cannot be in attendance. A live stream will be shown if you are friends on Facebook with the bride.* We are doing everything we can within our power to create a safe, healthy, and happy day for everyone. We can’t wait to see you all there! If your attendance may change, please let us know!
