Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that guests RSVP by Friday, August 20th, 2021. RSVP online via the 'RSVP' tab. The 'RSVP' tab will be active once official invitations are sent out.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will start at 5:00 pm. Guests may start arriving at the vineyard at 4:30 pm, and we ask that all guests are in their seats by 4:55.

Is there on-site parking available at your ceremony and reception venue?

Answer

On-site parking is available. The main parking lot at the vineyard holds 50 vehicles. Once the main parking lot is full, additional parking will be available at a second lot located behind the vineyard. Signage will be posted to direct guests to the secondary parking lot. As the secondary lot is further away, a golf cart will be available to help guests travel to the ceremony site.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be situated outdoors overlooking Schade Vineyard. The cocktail hour and reception will be located steps away from our ceremony site in an indoor/outdoor covered tent.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

Immediately following the ceremony, guests are invited to enjoy social hour and beverages which will be provided at the Vineyard, just steps away from the ceremony site. Once the bridal party returns from taking photos, dinner will be served and dancing will commence!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our wedding will be RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes! We have blocked rooms at Comfort University Suites in Brookings, SD. Please refer to the 'Travel & Accommodations' tab for the address/contact information as well as additional hotel recommendations. We suggest making accommodations ASAP as hotel prices are expected to increase and rooms are likely to book quickly.

Will there be other wedding events to attend?

Answer

All of our guests are invited to join the bridal party at Pints & Quarts on Friday evening, September 24, 2021, to enjoy a beer or cocktail and kick off the wedding celebrations! Please refer to the 'Schedule' tab for further details.
