Many of Matt’s favorite memories as a child are now accompanied by one final special memory at his grandparent’s farm in Franklin, TN. In front of the historic cabin, permanently engraved with the words “Matt + Grandad” from decades prior, Matt lowered to his knee & asked Mackenzie to be his wife. They shared a cheers in crystal goblets gifted to Matt’s grandparents on their wedding day in 1960. The family farm officially sold a couple weeks later, marking the end of one chapter, while another is just beginning.

In what can only be described as spontaneous, intimate perfection; Matt & Mackenzie opted for a spur of the moment wedding ceremony in Lexington, Kentucky on the ninth of December. An experience and memory they will cherish and share for generations to come. They are overjoyed to embark on this lifelong journey together as Mr. & Mrs. Emery and appreciate the generous love and support of their friends and family.
