FAQs

The Wedding Website of Elizabeth Mesna and Terrence Murdock
Question

How do I RSVP? When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name listed on your invite. If you plan to attend, the website will prompt you to choose a meal option for each person in your party. Kindly, RSVP by Monday, July 1st 2024. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as a "no" as we will be sending final headcounts to our vendors shortly after this deadline - you will be missed!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated when you RSVP online. After scanning the QR code, click on RSVP, and type in your last name. Once you find your name, it will show if a guest has been included. The RSVP system will request that you enter their first and last name if adding a guest. If you do not plan to bring a guest, just mark "will not attend." Thank you! Dinner is a plated meal that is determined when you RSVP. If you bring a plus one that was not invited, there will not be an assigned seat or meal provided to them. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding. Please refer to the RSVP tab to see if we are able to accommodate your children. If we are unable to invite your children, we hope that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We ask that all guests wear semi-formal or cocktail attire. Our wedding colors are neutral colors (light brown, beige, champagne, taupe, peach, and a pop of dark blue) for those who like to coordinate colors.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We ask all guests to arrive at least 20-30 minutes before the ceremony start time. Take into consideration travel time, traffic, parking and finding a seat!   The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:30pm. If you happen to be late, our venue coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception so hang tight, and we will see you there. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Where should I sit at the ceremony? Where should I sit for the reception?

Answer

For the ceremony, please sit on either side of the aisle. The first couple rows will be reserved for immediate family and those in the wedding ceremony. Otherwise, it is open seating for the ceremony. For the reception, please find your name card after the cocktail hour to determine your table number. You can sit in any seat at your assigned table. Please put your name card in front of your spot and make sure it is visible for staff. We ask that our guests remain at their assigned table for the dinner service and are free to move to other tables once dinner has concluded.

Question

Is there an open bar?

Answer

There will be select liquors that are complimentary during our social hour (5pm-6pm). Please ask the bartender which liquors are included. Otherwise, there will be a full cash bar available. Remember to drink responsibly and tip your bartenders!

Question

Will the wedding be outside?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are both indoors.
