When did they meet?

Elijah and Julia met in a Philosophy class while attending Biola in 2018. They sat next to each other for the entire semester without ever speaking to one another. They were reintroduced during the pandemic at Etekcity. Remote work was still required for nonessential jobs but Elijah was required to be in the office for product training and orientation. Julia was requested to be in the office for meetings. They became friends and bonded over Hunter x Hunter marathons on the weekends. The rest is history!

How did he propose?

Answer

Elijah recreated the first time they hung out together in 2020. The two started the afternoon with lunch at In-n-Out and boba at the Alley. They drove down to Laguna Beach soak up some sun. Elijah handed Julia a hand-painted pink box with a gold rose and gold foil. Inside were five folded red roses - one for each year they knew one another. In each rose, Elijah wrote a memory for each year. The red roses surrounded one pink rose. Inside the rose was the question and the ring. After she said yes, the two celebrated with dinner at Ini Ristorante.
