Please book your room by August 11, 2021. Reservation requests received after this date will be based on availability at the Hotel’s prevailing rates. When booking on the website, make sure to select: Corporate or Group Code, then enter the discount code below. There should be plenty of rooms but we recommend staying as groups! (i.e. 2 couples per room). This hotel is 8 minutes from our venue for those who wish to drive, but transportation will be provided to and from The Ryland Inn. Reservations must be made under the group room block, prior to the cut-off date to be included in complimentary transportation!

Flight

Newark Liberty International Airport

We recommend flying into Newark Airport (EWR). The other 2 local airports, JFK & LGA, require expensive travel & bridge fees to get in & out of the city. The airport is a 40 minute drive from the hotel, so please keep that in mind when booking your flight times! For our Nashville friends: United Airlines is the only airline that flies directly from BNA to EWR.
