What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive around 4:00 - 4:15pm to be seated before the ceremony begins. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal! Please note the venue has gravel surfaces, we recommend shoes that are suitable for gravel and comfortable for dancing!

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes! We’ve reserved a block of rooms at Fairfield Inn in Chillicothe. Please use the link on our Travel page. Be sure to book by May 4th, 2026 to get the group rate.

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

We kindly ask that you arrange your own travel as transportation will not be provided for this event. Let us know if you have any questions!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available on-site. We also recommend carpooling or using ride-share (Uber/Lyft) services if that’s more convenient.
