FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP on our website by August 1st 2024. You are more than welcome to RSVP before this date.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony starts at 2:00 PM. It would be best to arrive by 1:30 PM at the latest.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. For men we suggest a suit, blazer, or button down with pants. For women, a dress, jumpsuit, or dressy separates would all work. We do recommend bringing a coat for later in the night as it does tend to get a little chilly in the evenings. It also never hurts to pack an umbrella for those “just-in-case” moments.

Question

What if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will be missed, but we completely understand. Please RSVP “no” as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Question

I can’t attend all events, is that okay?

Answer

Of course! Come when you can, just don’t forget to RSVP “no” to events you won’t be attending.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Although we would love to offer a plus one to all guests, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget and meet our venues restrictions. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We want you to be able to kick back, relax, and celebrate with us, which is why we have decided to have an adults-only event. We appreciate you making the arrangements to leave the kids at home.

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the best present of all. However, if you would like to get us a gift, we would appreciate contributions toward our house fund. You can find the link of our registry on the wedding website.

Question

What shoes should I wear?

Answer

Our venue is outdoors amongst the pine trees. I would recommend against stilettos as they may sink into the ground, but to each their own. They do have those handy heel caps on Amazon.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Although we can’t predict the exact weather, temperatures in Flagstaff in late September typically ranges between 74 F for the high 42 F for the low.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

While we do not have hotel room blocks reserved, we have listed some hotels on our website, there are still more on Google Maps. There are also many Airbnbs and Vrbo houses around the area as well.

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

The reception to follow the ceremony will be at the same venue, so no travel is necessary beside getting to and from the wedding. There is plenty of parking, but if you do not wish to drive, Uber and Lyft are available.

Question

Can I take photos?

Answer

We have hired a professional photographer to capture our special day and ask that you do not use your cell phones during the ceremony. We will try to give you a moment to take pictures before we are more than welcome to take all the photos and videos you want the rest of the night.

Question

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After we say “I do” at 2:00 PM we welcome you to join us for cocktail hour at 2:30 PM. We will be offering select wine (Cabernet, Chardonnay, white Zinfandel), beer (Miller light and Coors) and signature cocktails. Soda bar is available as well. We will take out seats for dinner at 3:30 PM.

Question

What time does the reception end?

Answer

The reception will end at 8:00 PM.

Question

Can I smoke on the property?

Answer

There are designated smoking areas on the property.
