Hello Friends and Family, It has been about 6 months since we tied the knot with just our immediate families in a beautiful backyard celebration and it has been such an amazing time. We have been enjoying lots of quality time together and just moved into our first apartment! As you know the situation with coronavirus continues to change daily and because of this we have been unable to make a decision about having a larger reception with our extended family and friends. Our hope has been to have a reception on our 1 year wedding anniversary, June 19, 2021; however, we are still waiting to see what the coming months hold in terms of gathering sized and coronavirus regulations. We are to incredibly grateful for your generosity during our change in wedding plans last year. From gifts off our registry to encouraging cards and emails we have felt so much love and support from all of you during both our wedding season and into our marriage. Unfortunately, our county remains under a shelter-in-place order and while we hope it will be lifted soon we recognize that it is unlikely like that a gathering of our size will be allowed by mid-June. We are still planning to get married on June 19th in front of our immediate family, but with the health and safety of our loved ones in mind we have decided to move our larger celebration with friends and extended family to later in the year. This was an incredibly difficult decision and we ask for your prayers and patience as we sort through the logistics. We will follow up via email once a new date has been decided. We will be live streaming our ceremony and will post a link on this website if you would like to join us through video!

We first met in sophomore year of high school playing volleyball. After a lot of awkward flirting and less than subtle nudging from the rest of the team we started dating about a year later.

We dated for the last two years of high school. After graduation, Sarah went to college in LA while Paul started a full time apprenticeship back home. After a year and a half of long distance (it sucked), Sarah transferred back to San Jose where we dated until the end of Junior year when...

Since Sarah was in full time school over the summer, Paul waited until she had a break before the start of fall semester. He planned a wonderful day in Monterey where we hung out at the beach with a picnic lunch. He then took Sarah to our favorite restaurant for drinks and dinner. Afterwards, he very slyly mentioned that it would be nice to take a walk along the beach. After finding the perfect spot out on the rocks Paul popped the question!

After we get married this spring (yay) Sarah will be taking a semester off to work and enjoy being married to Paul. Starting Spring of 2021 she will start chiropractic college to obtain her D.C. After marriage, Paul will continue to work in his family business. Our goals are to spend lots quality time together and make time to go on long walks with our dog max. We are so excited for this next chapter of our lives.
