I am so excited for this wedding! It is at a Venue on 60 acres. This adorable couple created this venue about 6 months ago. It has incredible views! There is camping available so if that is something you would want to do, please reach out to Joe and I too figure out accomodations.

Is there camping accomodations?
Answer
Yes, we have a designated area where guests can camp. You can have a camper, rv, vehicle or tent. THERE IS A STRICT RULE ABOUT THERE BEING NO OPEN FIRES, DO NOT START A FIRE.

Can there be open fire flames?
Answer
NO! Our contract states there will be NO OPEN FLAMES. There will be gas fire pits *absolutely no food over fires

When is checkout?
Answer
We have until 3 pm before we need to check out of the venue. We are responsible for removing all belongings, garbage, and any items not present in the venue before the event. Garbage bins are set outside of the event center in the back by the dumpsters in secure and tied garbage cans, and the owner will pick up and remove.

Rules of the venue
Answer
There is NO glitter, feathers, candles or fireworks allowed on the property No smoking in any of the facilities on site. All cigarette must be properly disposed of in the onsite cigarette receptacles and absolutely NOT thrown on the ground. All vehicles, including side by sides, ATVs etc must remain on all designated roads and parking areas and are NOT to be driven in the meadows All campers must park in the areas designated and approved. Campers are responsible for keeping garbage in their trash cans or garbage bags and for disposing of in the designated dumpster area. No fires are allowed on the campsites or anywhere on the property. Gas fire units must not be used for cooking any food, including hot dogs, smores ect.

VRBO's or Air B and B close to the venue will be your best bet. Philipsburg will be the closest town to the venue. Plug in 15 East Fork Rd, Philipsburg MT 59858 into either VRBO or Air B and B and that will be the closest.

Please be respectful of the venue. This is brand new and a wonderful couple worked extremely hard to create it. Please make sure to throw away all trash. Make sure cigarettes are disposed of properly and carefully. I cannot stress enough NO FIRES. Thank you and enjoy!
