Will there be an open bar?

Answer

No, there will be a cash bar. There is an atm available at the reception venue for those that don’t like to carry cash.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

No. We will be having an unplugged ceremony, you will be able to take plenty of photos during the reception to have for memories. Please do not make us have memories of phones during our ceremony.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Yes, absolutely! We love all of the little ones in our lives just as much as we love their parents. However if you’d like a parents night out, please do not feel obligated to bring them just for us.

Dress code: What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-formal. We ask that guests try to stay away from loud patterns and bright colors.

Where do I park at the ceremony?

Answer

We will have everyone park in the field before the tree line at the property and then you will have to walk through the cattle gate to get to the ceremony site. We will have someone to direct you.

How far is the reception venue from the ceremony site? What is the quickest way to get there?

Answer

15-20 minutes depending on which route you take. When leaving the venue you will take a right, then you will make a left onto Horse rd. There will be a stop sign at the end of Horse rd and you’ll make a right onto Mobley store rd. From there you’ll go straight until you reach the traffic light at the intersection of Ogden rd and Heckle blvd, where you will make a left onto Heckle blvd. Less than half a mile from the traffic light, the American Legion will be on your right. The first entrance is located off of Friedheim rd and the second entrance is off of Heckle blvd.
