Date: Friday Everyone 8/29 Key People: Wedding Party, Officiant, Immediate Family, Who ever we can trap 10:00 AM – Wedding Rehearsal at Ceremony Site Who: Wedding party, parents, officiant, any readers or ushers 10:30 AM – Table Setup & Decor at Reception Venue Who: Couple, family, wedding party helpers Tasks:, (Chairs, tables and plates and cups silverware and napkins should all be handled by the Event) Decorate ceremony site, Decorate tables (centerpieces, table numbers, candles, flowers, lights, hanging balls) Set up place cards, favors, signage Guest table - tattoos, puzzle guest book, Optional: Play music + bring snacks/drinks to keep the energy up 12:00-1:00 PM – Wrap Up Setup // Lunch on your own // CAFE CLOSES AT 1:00 PM 1:30-5:00 PM – Hangout Time Hangout at the beach Paddle Board, Kayak, Canoe (4$ an hour rental, just go up to desk and rent them) Pickleball Tennis Flag Football 4:00 PM –Break/Prep for dinner 5:30 PM – Dinner Begins For Children Location: Holiday Acres - Near Tent Welcome toast from hosts 7:00 PM - Dinner for Adults

Good morning! Today is all about relaxing, having fun, and enjoying the beautiful property together. There is no strict schedule—please feel free to do as much or as little as you'd like! Here’s a guide to what’s available throughout the day. Morning Fuel & Fun (7:00 AM - 1:00 PM) 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM: Cafe is Open! Swing by for coffee, breakfast, or a light lunch whenever you wake up. We will most likely be on the later half of this window. 8:00 AM - 5:00/6:00 PM: Boat Day! We have a boat rented for the day! Feel free to hop on and off when we are taking it for a cruise around the lake. All Morning: Choose Your Own Adventure This is the perfect time to hit the private beach, take out a kayak or paddleboard, or explore the hiking trails. Check out the full list of activities below! Afternoon Field Day & Kickball! (Starts around 1:30 PM) Get ready for some friendly competition! We'll gather for some classic field day games, followed by a big game of kickball. Location: [e.g., The Main Lawn, The Big Field] Start Time: Around 1:30 PM. (Please note: This time is flexible, give or take about 30 minutes!
