Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Devon Carroll and DJ Fradkin
Welcome to Taormina — a seaside gem where history, beauty, and la dolce vita meet. From ancient ruins to sparkling beaches and sunset aperitivo, here are our favorite spots to explore during your stay in Sicily.

Isola Bella

Sicily, Italy

Ride the cable car down to Taormina’s crystal-clear coves. Swim, sunbathe, or lunch by the sea — it’s pure Sicilian dolce vita.

Mount Etna Hike / Excursion Trip

Sicily 95012, Italy

Explore Europe’s most active volcano, then sip local Etna Rosso at a mountainside winery. Adventure meets indulgence. For our thrill-seeking guests we recommend booking an excursion day through Etna People. The tour is carefully designed to create life long memories, mixing adrenaline, exploration, nature, and wine. We could not recommend this group enough!

Teatro Antico di Taormina

1 Via Teatro Greco, Taormina, Sicilia 98039, Italy

Taormina’s must-see landmark — dramatic sea and Mt. Etna views framed by ancient ruins. Go at sunset for breathtaking photos.

Corso Umberto

Corso Umberto, Taormina, Sicilia 98039, Italy

Stroll Taormina’s chic main street for boutiques, gelato, and aperitivo with a view — the perfect Italian evening.

Day Trip to Castelmola or Ortigia (Syracuse)

Castelmola: a tiny village with panoramic views. Take the bus from Taormina up to the city on top of the hill. A warning for our more fearful guests - the drive up is a wee bit scary (tight roads along the cliff), but keep your eyes closed and trust the bus drivers Ortigia: Baroque charm, sea breeze, and markets Both towns are worth the visit.

Alcantara Gorges

Basalt canyons and cool river pools — ideal for a refreshing half-day nature trip.

Villa Comunale di Taormina

Via Bagnoli Croci, Sicilia 98039, Italy

Peaceful public gardens with panoramic views — perfect for a morning stroll

San Domenico Palace, Taormina, A Four Seasons Hotel

5 Via San Domenico, Taormina, Sicilia 98039, Italy

Calling all White Lotus Fans... This stunning Four Seasons hotel in the town center is where Season 2 of the White Lotus was filmed. Swing by for a photo and a drink. Legend has it, if you listen really carefully you can hear Tanya asking 'do you know these gays?!'
