Wedding Party

Meet our wedding party! As Jeremy and say our vows, we asked some of our closest friends and family to stand with us. We are so excited to have our loved ones from various stages in our lives there to support.

Natalie Dicken

Maid of Honor

“Ohana means family. Family means nobody gets left behind.” – Stitch, Lilo & Stitch Nicole has always loved to share how much she wanted a little sister when she was younger (mostly because she thought it would be like having a live-in best friend). If you have a little sister, then you know it isn't always that simple. Nicole does consider herself blessed that she did get that lucky, and that now as adults they have beat the odds and chosen to still live under the same roof. Together, they have supported each other through school dilemmas, defying their parents, starting new jobs, and braving living in a new state.

Korey Brown

Best Man

'Till the end of the line - Captain America Korey and Jeremy met while in middle school. Korey attended a different high school and lost touch with one another. They eventually rekindled their friendship and did what friends do....start regularly eating fast food and had adventures throughout Southern California. Korey flew across the continental US to help Jeremy and Nicole move out of their apartment into to their home. When having someone like Korey there, you know no matter what happens, he will have your back. Korey is excellent at trivia and has a knack of knowing a lot about a lot of things.

Courtney Wood

Matron of Honor

"I wouldn't trade it for anything. Never, no, never. Your friendship is the best present ever." - Tigger Courtney and Nicole go back to the beginning, and Nicole considers her to be the big sister versus cousin. So much of who Nicole has been shaped off having Courtney as a role model and friend while growing up. The two of them spent hours on hours through childhood, teenagers, and adulthood planning their weddings and future lives. Did those conversations sometimes turn competitive?....maybe. Courtney always has her family's backs though, and now Nicole and Jeremy plan to continue to look to Courtney and John for advice and friendship.

Sean Tsusaki

Groomsman

Ohana means family. Family means no one get forgotten or left behind -Stitch Sean has been a role model through life with school, video games, and more. He has always made sure Jeremy understood what was actually important when it comes down to it. Even during school having the same teachers and other students would instantly recognize Jeremy as "little Sean". Teachers quickly learned Jeremy was not as serious or studious as Sean after having Jeremy in their class. Even though Jeremy prefered to be a Jeremy instead of a "little Sean" he knew it was a compliment to be compared to someone who worked so hard.

Alyssa Herington

Bridesmaid

“We didn’t even realize we were making memories. We just knew we were having fun.” – Pooh, Winnie The Pooh Ironically, Alyssa was one of the first people Nicole met when she moved to Yorba Linda at the age of 12 - however they didn't become friends until years later. While the two of them had mutual friends and enjoyed each other's company, their friendship really bloomed when the majority of their friends moved away to college and they both stayed home for college. They realized how much they had in common, and were able to bond with spontaneous trips to Disneyland midday after/instead of class while having intellectual conversations, like ranking Disney Princesses. While other friendships have come and gone, Alyssa and Nicole have continued to stay in touch despite several moves, life changes, pandemics, and more.

Jeremy Prickett

Groomsman

Every adventure requires a first step - Alice in Wonderland The Jeremys met while attending Mount San Antonio College and were grouped off for a history project and the rest is history! Jeremy has always been game for a spontanious adventure. Once, Jeremy even stayed in line overnight for a grand opening of a new Chick-Fil-A. Jeremy gives Jeremy the best advice, and will always let him know when he is being too hard on himself, or not hard enough.

Becca Dougherty

Bridesmaid

"You're mad. Bonkers. Off your head ... But i'll tell you a secret ... some of the best people are." — Alice, Alice in Wonderland As with many of Nicole's relationships, Becca and Nicole's friendship formed because of Disney. The two met during their 2013 Disney College Program in Orlando, Florida. As many do during their first time living away from home, Nicole was feeling homesick and was contemplating quitting to move back to California when she and Becca became friends. Her friendship, kindness, and confidence was contagious and convinced Nicole to stay, which kept her on track to her future career and meeting Jeremy a few months later.

Matt Sanders

Groomsman

"Motto? Nothing! what's the motto with you? - Timmon Matt regularly goes on hikes and often remembered in our group for being late to engagements, but of course, it's better late than never. Matthew is the kind of friend you'll always want to have around with his sense of humor, but also for his compassion and willingness to help. (In fact, when Jeremy first moved to Orange County, Matt was the first to offer his couch while Jeremy got settled).

Sarah Macias

Bridesmaid

There isn’t anything I wouldn’t do for you. We stick together and can see it through. ‘Cause you’ve got a friend in me.” – You’ve Got a Friend in Me (song), Toy Story From the moment Nicole and Sarah met, they knew they had met a kindred spirit as intense "Disney Adults." together they were unmatched in Disney Trivia, appreciation for Disney history, and could rope drop any day of the week (as long as Sarah was there to wake Nicole up on time). As roommates while living in Florida, Sarah was often referred to as our apartment "mom" because of her ability to look out for us. As the years have gone on, Nicole has realized just how one of a kind Sarah is and that she exudes love and care more than most people. As Nicole thinks about the type of friend and person she would like to be, she often thinks of Sarah as a role model.

Michael Hoare

Groomsman

“In my experience, there’s no such thing as luck.” —Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope Jeremy met Michael through Korey. He is often the host of many board game night festivities. Michael is the first of the his groomsmen to get married, and set the example of what it is to be a good husband. Michael is always honest with Jeremy and has his back when life throws curve balls.
