Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly request a response by Friday, September 25, 2020.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Ashley is calling it "Garden Chic," but since we don't have a degree in fashion we don't know what that means, so she has kindly broken it down for us to mean this... For women: nice sundresses (long or short) in light colors and florals. For men: light colored suits (navy is fine too). For the rest of us without a degree in fashion, semi-formal or dressy casual is great. PLEASE NOTE: This is an outdoor wedding ceremony and reception with uneven ground including grass, stones, and brick. Sturdy heels, wedges, and/or a great pair of dancing shoes to change in to once the drinks start flowing are highly encouraged.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We respectfully request that no young children attend.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and/or reception?

Answer

There is parking on site at the venue, Paradise Spring. The ceremony and reception will be held within short walking distance so no traveling in between is necessary.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will have an air-conditioned shuttle bus running between both hotels to and from the venue. Check back for further details regarding specific times.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! The dinner menu will include vegan and gluten-free options but please reach out to the bride or groom directly or make a note on your RSVP if you have any further requests and we will be happy to accommodate them.

Question

Are you taking any precautions due to COVID-19?

Answer

We will be providing hand sanitizer and disposable face masks at the venue for your safety at the event. You are also more than welcome to bring and use your own face mask if you prefer. Please note that face masks are NOT mandatory at our ceremony and reception. The health of our family and friends is of the utmost importance to us and we completely understand if you are unable or choose not to attend due to the current and very unfortunate circumstances. IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCED ANY SYMPTOMS OR HAVE COME INTO CONTACT WITH SOMEONE RECENTLY DIAGNOSED WITH COVID-19, ALTHOUGH YOU WILL BE SORELY MISSED, WE KINDLY ASK THAT YOU REFRAIN FROM ATTENDING THIS EVENT OUT OF RESPECT FOR THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF OUR OTHER GUESTS.
