Our wedding will be in Dew's hometown of Nakhon Si Thammarat. Nakhon Si is a city in Southern Thailand, about an hour away from Bangkok by flight. Weather in December is pleasant in Thailand overall, making it a great time of year to travel the country. It's still a tropical country, so rain and heat should be expected. For international guests, we'd recommend first flying into Bangkok and then taking a domestic flight to Nakhon Si.

Grand Fortune Hotel

This is the hotel where we'll have our ceremony and is a great place to stay! Please contact Jackson or Dew if you would like help booking your stay. We'd recommend arriving the day before!

Flight

Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport

Bangkok's primary international airport and the easiest way to get into the country. Particularly for guests traveling from the states, we'd recommend stopping here for a few days to enjoy all that Bangkok has to offer!

Nakhon Si Thammarat Airport

NST is the domestic airport you'll fly into for the wedding itself. It's a small airport but has many flights daily from Bangkok (you can fly from either Bangkok airports).

Rental Car

We recommend Taxis!

Rather than renting a car, you can take a taxi (many available right at the airport's exit) directly to Grand Fortune. Your taxi driver will know Grand Fortune (and if there's miscommunication just show them on google maps). Taxis in Thailand take cash - make sure the meter is running and expect to pay ~300 Thai baht from the airport to the hotel.
