What is a "Happily Ever After Party"?

This party is a chance to gather, laugh and toast to love with all our favourite people. Unlike a formal wedding, this party is lighthearted and less formal. It’s all about enjoying time with loved ones and celebrating our marriage. There will be no formalities - no ceremony, formal seating, toasts, cake-cutting, or first dances. However, there will be food, a toonie bar, lawn games, and dancing (should you decide to bust-a-move). Come ready for a relaxed evening of fun, laughter, and celebration!

While we love your kids, our party will be an adults-only celebration. Babies under one year old are welcome. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for making arrangements so you can celebrate with us!

We want you to be comfortable! The theme is summer garden party, think floral, pastel, and summery brights. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes as there will be minimal seating and grassy areas.

There is very minimal parking available on the road. We strongly advise trying to taxi, Uber, or bus (1 minute walk from Royal Oak exchange). If you will be driving, there is nearby parking at the Royal Oak shopping centre (5 minute walk), Broadmead Village shopping centre (5 minute walk) or Commonwealth pool (10 minute walk).

No, we don't! The greatest gift is your presence and like most couples who have known each other for a while, we have everything we need! If you’d like to give a gift, we would love your help in creating our dream home. Contributions to our house savings fund would mean the world to us!
