We love the story of how we met. We've talked about how neither of us we're looking for a relationship when we were first introduced. It was back in May 2017, at the Glady in Phoenix, for the birthday dinner celebration of a mutual friend. It seemed inconspicuous that we ended up sitting next to each other at the table and we had no idea that this was the start of our story. For the first half of the meal, there wasn't much conversation as each of us engaged in conversations on the opposite ends of the table. Once our meals arrived, however, Adam's East Coast side came out as he expressed his disapproval over the Ciopinno he was served. Now Danine, living most of her life in Arizona, really had no idea what a Ciopinno was supposed to look like and inquired further from this man who seemed to know what he was talking about. The Ciopinno got the conversation started and eventually led to a first date in August 2017 after each of our busy summer travel schedules. Adam jokes that Danine fell in love with him that very first night, which is were we got the cheeky saying "You had me at Ciopinno"
