Fireside Motel

Even though the name says motel, these rooms are modern, spacious, and right by the ocean. This location is also pet friendly.

House Or Rental

AirBnB, VRBO, Vacasa

We recommend searching "Florence" or "Yachats" on these websites if you would like to book a house rental. These towns will be closest to the venue. The shuttles to the venue will leave from Yachats. We also recommend booking sooner rather than later! Houses on the Oregon Coast get booked well in advance during the summer months.

Flight

EUG

The closest airport to the venue is the Eugene airport (EUG). It is approximately a 1 1/2 hour drive. EUG flies direct to a few major airports: Salt Lake City, Dallas, Denver, Chicago, Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, San Jose, San Francisco, Oakland, Phoenix, and San Diego (seasonally). It is a smaller, municipal airport, so flights will likely be a bit more expensive.

Flight

PDX

Portland (PDX) is the largest airport in Oregon and will have more and possibly cheaper flight options if coming in from the east coast. Portland is farther from the venue (about 3 1/2 hours by car). If you fly into Portland, we recommend driving down the coast and stopping at Cannon Beach and Pacific City along the way.

Rental Car

Hertz, Avis, Budget, etc.

You will need to find transportation from the airport to your lodging. If you have difficulties obtaining a rental car, please reach out to us and we can help you get to where you're going. :)
