What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues? Are they wheelchair accessible?
Answer
The wedding and reception will be held at White Hollow Acres. The address is 3509 Comfort Hill Road; Wellsburg, New York 14894. The venue is wheelchair accessible.

Answer
Yes, there is parking available at the venue.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
This depends on how the weather is cooperating with us, but we are aiming to have the wedding outdoor. It will be peak fall season, and chilly in New York, so please dress accordingly.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel(s)?
Answer
No shuttle services offered. However, there is plenty of parking at the venue.

What is the menu for the reception?
Answer
APPETIZERS -Seasonal fresh fruit skewers. -Grilled fennel, Italian sausage, goat cheese and sun dried tomato flatbread pizzettas. -Prosciutto di Parma wrapped asparagus. -Hummus dip with pita wedges. SALAD COURSE -Salad of organic baby kale and fresh spinach, vine ripened tomato, imported feta cheese and kalamata olives, shaved red onion, fresh oregano, and lemon vinaigrette. -Classic garden salad with artisan lettuces, English cucumber, grape tomato, and spiralized carrot, with aged balsamic vinaigrette. ENTREE SELECTIONS -Herb rubbed chicken breast with fire roasted tomato coulis. -Slow roasted sirloin of beef with a Finger Lakes cabernet demi-glace. -Filet of salmon with a honey chipotle glaze. SIDES -Roasted garlic whipped potatoes. -Applewood bacon roasted brussel sprouts. -Greens and beans escarole tomato, white bean, Finger Lakes chardonnay and parmesan. What is the dress code for your wedding?
Answer
Cocktail hour (i.e. wrap dresses, elegant jumpsuits, suit and tie, sport jackets, button down shirts, etc.) It will be chilly, so we recommend something warm, or with layers.

Are there any colors or styles you'd prefer me to wear?
Answer
It will be fall in the Catskills, so we are shooting for fall colors. However, it is not a must.

What is the weather like in the area?
Answer
Weather in the Catskills in late September can be unpredictable. Towards the evening hours, the temperature can drop dramatically. Also, rain and gusty winds are very common this time of year.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Answer
Unfortunately there is a limit on the guests we can invite and cannot accomadate a plus one for everyone. If you are a special case where we have allowed you a plus one, we have listed her/his name or "Plus One" on your RSVP profile. If you feel we left out someone important, let us know, but understand that our limitations may mean our hands are tied.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
We will have alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages provided. However, in accordance with New York State law, guests are not allowed to serve themselves. Any beverage must be handed to the guests by the bartender at the venue.

Can we bring our own alcoholic beverages?
Answer
Absolutely not! In accordance with NYS Law and our contract with White Hollow Acres, guests are NOT allowed to bring their own beverages, brown bag beverages, etc. Failure to abide by this will result in ejection from the celebration.

Is smoking allowed on premises?
Answer
Absolutely not! Smoking of any kind is not allowed on the premises.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
Answer
We ask that you be there at least 30 minutes before the beginning of the ceremony, that way everyone can get parked, settled, and acquainted with other guests. Please give yourself enough travel time, in case of weather, traffic, getting lost, etc.

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?
Answer
Our wedding reception will end at 10:00PM. There will not be an after-party on the premises, but guests are welcome to go elsewhere and enjoy themselves at their leisure. We, however, are going to bed :).

Could you suggest places to eat, drink and see while I am in town for your wedding?
Answer
The Catskills in the fall is probably the best time of year to explore. Please check out our "Things To Do" page, and enjoy some of our favorite places!

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
Answer
We have paid for a professional photographer to capture how the ceremony looks, we have invited you so you may capture how the ceremony feels. We ask you turn off your electronics during our ceremony to ensure you are in the moment and not in the way of our photographer. Some of these photos will be posted on social media for viewing purposes. After the ceremony is complete and the wedding party has exited, you may turn on your devices and take pictures of whatever you wish!
