What Covid-19 precautions are being taken?

Answer

We care deeply for the safety of everyone attending our wedding. Based on current RSVPs, we anticipate a 94% vaccination rate of attendees and are expecting about 160 guests total. The ceremony and cocktail hour are outdoors, and there is ample outdoor space (including a firepit!) for hanging out. The venue is a large barn and the entrance doors and windows will all be open to maximize airflow. We are asking those who are unvaccinated to get tested the week of the wedding, and we will have masks available. We ask those who are unvaccinated to please mask up while indoors, unless seated with their party. We love you all—thank you for helping to make our wedding a safe celebration! How do I get from the hotel to the wedding?

Answer

Two shuttles will be running from the hotels listed on the "Flights & Accommodations" page to the wedding venue starting at 3:15 pm. Look for the yellow school bus! A shuttle will also be running from the wedding venue back to the hotels every hour starting at 9:00 pm, with the last run at midnight. For those who wish to drive themselves to and from the wedding, the venue's parking lot has ample parking. Cars may remain in the parking lot overnight, but must be moved by 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, October 10th.
