Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! The dress code for our wedding is Black Tie. For men, this typically means a tuxedo and black bow tie, while women often opt for elegant evening gowns. Ladies, please avoid whites and creams. We look forward to seeing you in your finest attire!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Transportation will pick up and drop off at the Courtyard by Marriott. If you aren't staying at this hotel, you can still park there and use the transportation to and from the venue. Shuttle pickup will be promptly at 3:30 p.m. Please note shuttle service will not be available from the After Party back to the Courtyard by Marriott. Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Complimentary valet parking will be available onsite. With that said, there is limited parking at Cielo Farms. Driving through the canyon can also be difficult at night, and cell reception can make calling a car service difficult. Even if you aren't staying at a hotel, we recommend taking one of the shuttles we'll be offering in the evening back to the Courtyard by Marriott and calling a car service or driving home from there.

How's the weather in October?

Malibu in October is beautiful! Expect daytime temperatures ranging from 70-80°F (21-26°C), with cooler temperatures in the evening. While we will have heaters on site, we recommend bringing a light shawl or jacket for extra comfort.
