Attire: Something cool and light! Unlike the Reception Hall at the Vineyard (which has A/C), the American Legion Pavilion for the Welcome Party has screens & fans, but no A/C.
If you are intown for more than one night or are local & free to come hangout, please join us for pizza, wings, and clams the evening before the wedding. With such a tight schedule the day of the wedding, we want to welcome everyone into town and enjoy a moment to catch-up with you all before the Big Day. The pavilion is on the far side of the American Legion Hall, located within walking distance from the Inn at Canal Square in Downtown Lewes and a quick uber from Hyatt House (though there is plenty of parking too if you prefer to drive).

Attire: Summer Cocktail Attire. (Footwear: All walkways to, at, and from the ceremony area are paved with concrete. No need to worry about walking on sand.)
We highly recommend parking at the reception venue (Nassau Valley Vineyards) and taking the Jolley Trolley up and back to the ceremony from the vineyard so that you can enjoy the scenic drive through Lewes with a refreshment in hand :) The trolley will also be picking-up in downtown Lewes at the Inn at Canal Square and at the Hyatt House. The ceremony is about a 20 min drive from the reception (up to 35min, traffic dependent). There is parking available at the overlook for those who wish to drive. Please note that there is a ~5 minute walk from the parking lot/trolley drop-off location to the ceremony site. Handicap parking and a wheelchair are available. The Trolley will make runs up to the ceremony site starting at 3:30pm (Last Trolley leaves at 4:40PM) from the vineyard. The Trolleys will then run back down to the reception venue at the conclusion of the ceremony taking guests to the cocktail hour!

There is plenty of parking at the Vineyard in a gravel parking lot behind the reception hall. The Jolly Trolley will pick-up and drop-off right in front of the reception hall to take guest up to the wedding. After the reception, shuttles are scheduled to run from the Vineyard to the after-party at Irish Eyes Pub and back from 10pm to 1:15am. The shuttles will make stops at the Hyatt House and in downtown Lewes on their way to & from Irish Eyes.

Join us for snacks and a night cap after the reception! Shuttles are available between the Vineyard, the Hyatt House, downtown Lewes near Striper Bites Restaurant, and Irish Eyes from 10pm to 1:30am.

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.
The morning following the festivities there will be a family-style brunch at the Mermaid rental. Swing by for a bite on your way out of town or if you are sticking around, for a little hair-of-the-dog :)
