To kick off the weekend, come join us at the Harpoon Brewery & Beer Hall in the Seaport for some cold beers and hot pretzels! There will be an open bar, tea and coffee, food, and yard games set up for everyone to enjoy.

Board Charter Boat
2:30 pm - 3:00 pm
Long Wharf, Boston, MA 02110
42°21'35.8"N 71°02'58.9"W There will be a Guest Charter Boat run by Boston Harbor Cruises that will bring everybody to Thompson Island. It is located at Long Wharf in Boston, directly across from the Aquarium T stop. Boarding will begin at 2:30PM and departs promptly at 3:00PM. THIS WILL BE THE ONLY TRANSPORTATION TO THE EVENT SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARRIVE WITH PLENTY OF LEAD TIME. The ride to the island will take 30 minutes and there will be a cash bar and ATM machine onboard to enjoy while boarding/in transit.
Ceremony
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Boston, MA
Upon arrival to the island, Thompson Island staff will show guests to the restroom facilities as needed and you can enjoy the view of the harbor while we wait for the ceremony to begin.
Cocktail Hour
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
There will be some appetizers to enjoy and yard games set up in front of the Harbor.
Dinner
6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
Dinner will be backyard buffet style including lobster tails, steak, chicken, and vegetable ravioli. Please let us know if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions so we can arrange accommodations as needed!
Dancing
7:30 pm - 9:45 pm
The best part of the night- dancing! Join the live band on the dance floor for 2 hours of non-stop flailing around joyfully. A bonfire will be lit at 9:00PM for anyone to enjoy :)
Early Charter Boat
8:15 pm - 8:30 pm
The official end of the night will be at 10:00PM, but we are able to arrange early departure on a smaller boat at 8:30PM for guests who will be unable to stay that late. There is limited space as this is primarily meant for vendors and kitchen staff. This boat will not be announced and you will be dropped off at the EDIC dock in South Boston at 9:00PM, not the Long Wharf where you originally board. This will need to be specifically arranged ahead of time so please let us know if this is something you may be interested in. We will prioritize the needs of our older guests based on capacity limits.
Board Charter Boat
9:45 pm - 10:00 pm
At 9:45PM there will be an announcement that the Charter Boat is ready for boarding. Make sure you have all your stuff gathered and ready to go but don't feel you need to rush onto the boat if you'd like to dance until the last song of the night! The Charter Boat will drop everyone back off at Long Wharf.
