The dress code for our wedding is formal - cocktail or full length dresses are welcome and suits are recommended for men (tie optional). The reception will take place on grass; block heels will probably be the most comfortable!
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held outdoors (weather permitting). All restrooms are inside of the air-conditioned estate.
There will be a white trolley that picks-up and drops-off guests at the Hilton Garden Inn and the Hyatt Regency Downtown Sarasota. Guests of the Hilton Garden Inn may also request a pick up / drop off by the Hotel shuttle. 3:30 -- Pickup from the Hyatt Regency in Downtown Sarasota 3:45 -- Pickup from the Hilton Garden Inn (next to the Powel Crosley) 3:55 -- Drop-off guests at the Powel Crosley 4:00 -- Pickup from the Hilton Garden Inn 4:15 -- Drop off at the Powel Crosley 9:45 -- Pickup from the Powel Crosley to take guests to the Hilton Garden Inn 10:00 -- Pickup from the Powel Crosley and stop at the Hyatt Regency 10:15 -- Continue from Hyatt Regency to Cask and Ale area of Downtown Sarasota
Yes you can! As it is busy season for Sarasota, please plan ahead for traffic and wait times.
Yes! There is plenty of parking at the venue if you plan on driving to the Estate. However, cars may not be left at the Estate over night.
If you would like to continue the party and join the Bride and Groom out on the town after the reception ends, we will be heading to the 8th floor rooftop of the Art Ovation hotel in downtown Sarasota. This is the last stop for the trolley at the end of the night.
March is considered "busy-season" for Sarasota. We recommend that you book hotels and flights as soon as possible.
As much as we love your little ones, we will be having an adults-only reception. Attendance is limited to those named on your invitation.
