Is the ceremony at the same place as the reception?

Yes!

Are there Ubers available in this area?

Answer

No, but we will be providing a shuttle to a central location in Culpeper, VA at the Holiday Inn and Best Western hotels. Visit our travel page for the address for this location.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking at our venue. Cars cannot be left overnight so if you plan to drink, be sure to take advantage of our shuttle service!

Can I check-in to my hotel before the ceremony?

Answer

The hotels are unable to guarantee an early check-in for all rooms. If you would like to ensure that you can check-in prior to the ceremony we recommend booking Friday night as well. Please note that hotels will be released from our room block by November 4th.

What time does the shuttle service run?

Answer

The shuttle will leave the parking lot of the Holiday Inn/Best Western at promptly 2:15pm prior to the ceremony. Following the reception the shuttles will bring the guests back to the hotel in several trips. Please check back soon for specific return shuttle times. What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at promptly 3pm. We recommend arriving between 2:30pm and 2:45pm to ensure a seat prior to the start of the ceremony.

Is the ceremony outside?

Answer

Yes, if the weather allows the ceremony will be held outside. Please dress warmly!
