Can I take videos or pictures?

Answer

Please do! We encourage all guests to download "WeddingMix" from your phone's app store and share any videos or photos with us through the app. Our wedding code is "Calabrandell". The content you share with us through WeddingMix will create our wedding video! *Our only request is that phones are not out during the procession, as they interrupt the view of our photographer's image.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive to Arbor Loft between 4:30 and 4:45, so you can find your seat by the ceremony at 5:00 pm. Shuttles and busses will leave the hotels at 4:30 to drop off guests at the venue. There is complimentary valet parking at our venue if you choose to drive. When you arrive, take the elevator or stairs to the second floor; our venue is at the end of the hall.

For guests that will drive to the venue, there is complimentary valet parking.

Walk about 10 steps west. All events of the night are under the same roof.

Where can I go after the reception?

Answer

Although the reception ends, the party doesn't have to stop! Bars in the area are within walking distance on East and Alexander. Some of our favorites include The Daily Refresher, The Richmond, Salinger's, Ox and Stone, and Native.

We love your kids, but this is an adults-only event. Please enjoy this night out sans children.
