We are SO grateful for any gifts we receive, but we do ask that everything be shipped directly to us in Boise to ease our travels home after the wedding! Please use the following address: 1409 W Fort Street, Boise, ID 83702
While we love you and your kids, we are requesting no children unless noted in your RSVP options. (Cheers to a date night, on us 🥂)
A backyard wedding is all fun and games until we have to find parking for 200 people. That being said, we ask that you use a ride-sharing service or carpool as much as possible.
Please plan to arrive around 4pm to ensure you have enough time to make some new friends & find your seat!
Caleb's family has been kind enough to allow us to celebrate our big day in their beautiful, Grand Rapids backyards! Both the ceremony and reception will be held across the three yards - address will be provided via email when you RSVP!
First of all, THANK YOU for making the trip! We recommend flying into the Grand Rapids Airport (GRR) less than 20 min from the venue. Another (less convenient) option would be the Detroit Metropolitan Airport (DTW) which is a little over 2 hours from the venue.
Grand Rapids has countless hotels, Airbnb's, and VRBO's that would make for a great weekend stay! Here are a few options close to the venue & the airport: Comfort Inn Grand Rapids Airport | 28th Street SE, Grand Rapids, MI Home2 Suites by Hilton Grand Rapids Airport | 4260 Sparks Drive SE, Grand Rapids, MI Hilton Garden Grand Rapids East | 2321 E Beltline Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI Airbnb | https://www.airbnb.com/s/Grand-Rapids VRBO | https://www.vrbo.com/
We’re shooting for comfortable enough to dance all night, but classy enough to be obvious that this is a wedding... ya know? Let’s just call it dressy casual but PLEASE for the love of all things good — no jeans, no shorts, no hoods. If you’re wearing heels, keep in mind that this is a backyard, spring wedding in Michigan. I’d lean away from anything that will get stuck in the grass if it rains on us. You’re all beautiful & will look beautiful. Don’t overthink it!
