We're getting married!

You may be wondering how a girl from North Carolina, who had just spent the last decade living in LA, met a 5th generation Colorado native the first week she moved to Denver. The short answer is the modern way, by swiping right on hinge. There may have been a few messages left on read by Ashley, but fortune favors the bold and Connor’s double texts eventually paid off. The second Ashley and Connor met they knew they were meant for each other. A few of their favorite memories in their time together: attending many concerts and shows (especially if Noah Kahan is playing), finding Denver’s best espresso martini, cooking at home while binging a show with their chihuahua, Tucker, cheering on the Broncos or Auburn Tigers (War Eagle!), and our many interesting travel adventures. With their love of concerts, it was only fitting Connor proposed at Red Rocks amphitheater this past August. They will never forget that day. They complement each other very well. Connor has taught Ashley many things, including how to appreciate the simple things in life, common classic movie references that once went over her head, how to cook at home and not order uber eats, and how beautiful life can be when you learn to go with the flow. Ashley has taught Connor how to appreciate the finer things in life, inspired his love for travel, broadened his tastes buds (still working on sushi), and shown him how beautiful life can be when you’re vulnerable and authentic.
