When and where is the wedding?

Our wedding will be held on Saturday June 13, 2026 at Forbes Farm on St. Simons Island. The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM, with the reception to follow at the same location.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! Dress code is Black-tie. For women, floor-length gowns of any color are appropriate. For men, this means tuxedos. We encourage everyone to dress to impress while keeping in mind the venue's vibe and weather. Wear whatever color you would like with the exception of white please. (Please note that the bridesmaids will be wearing light blue).

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Both! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, while the reception will be held indoors.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, we can only accommodate formally invited guests. If you received a plus one, it will appear when you RSVP.

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

Yes! We’ve arranged complimentary shuttle service to make getting to and from the wedding stress-free. Shuttles will depart from The Inn by Sea Island and a location near the King and Prince Hotel and drop guests off directly at the wedding venue. After the reception, they will return guests to the same hotel pick-up location(s). Pick up times: 4:00 & 4:15 PM Depart from venue: 10:30 PM

Question

Are guests allowed to uber to and from the venue?

Answer

Our shuttle service will make it stress free for guests to get to and from the venue. We highly recommend using the shuttle services as our venue parking space cannot accommodate multiple guests using uber/lyft at the same time. However, if you wish to leave the venue before the 10:30 pm departure time, you are welcome to use uber/lyft.
