We're Getting Married!

Mikey's Version: The moment I knew that Clara was the one, was early on in our relationship. I had gotten really sick and I had to leave work early. I texted her to cancel our plans that evening and let her know that I was planning to rest in my bed, but then I found out my cat had peed all over my blanket and sheets. I was so weak and tired that I slept on the floor. I woke up to Clara shining like the Angel she is, with food in hand and my blanket and bed sheets all cleaned up. I found out later that she went to a coin laundry, picked up food, Gatorade, and medicine by herself to take care of me. That was one of the moments when I knew she was the one for me. :) Clara's Version: The moment I knew Mikey was the one for me was during our time as UCI students. While I was in summer school, he traveled to Jordan to visit his missionary dad, and we decided to try long distance. Living alone in Irvine, I started experiencing sleep paralysis from the stress of being on my own. Despite the time difference, Mikey would stay on the phone with me until I fell asleep, comforting me through those long nights. His unwavering support made me realize just how special he truly is. When he returned, our dates were simple but meaningful, sharing sweet treats at McDonald's, cooking meals together, or catching the latest movie. Despite our tight budgets as frugal students, Mikey always found ways to make me feel loved, happily planning and initiating dates for us. Each night, I went to bed at peace, knowing that he is my person and I never had sleep paralysis again. Thats how I knew he's the one!
